Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the fact that illicit liquor has been recovered from the hut of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same may be considered by the learned Court below, keeping in view the fact that meager amount of illicit liquor has been recovered from the hut which he claims that the place of seizure is far away from the actual house of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed off.
