The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No.146 of 2015 registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the assault made by the petitioner with iron rod on the head of the father of the informant proved fatal, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The learned Magistrate is directed to commit the case to the court of sessions for trial forthwith.
