Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 827 of 2016 arising out of Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 245 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner of firing upon the deceased and one similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4261 of 2017. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.02.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
