2. Petitioner is directed to take steps for fresh service of notice upon respondent nos. 6, 7 and 8 on their present and correct address

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.297 of 2020(8) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 within four weeks, failing which the petition will be dismissed.

3. Since service report of respondent nos. 1 to 5 has not been received, list this matter on 26.09.2024, awaiting the service report.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time for filing requisites but the same cannot be permitted since it was a peremptory order.
