The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, two miscreants riding on a motorcycle came and snatched informant's purse containing Rs. 50,000/- cash and one mobile phone.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9796 of 2022(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - VIII, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 456 of 2021.
