JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In the present case, it appears that except confessional statement that is, too, recorded in another case, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 29.07.2015 though charge sheet has already been submitted against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
