Newly weeded bride has met with unfortunate death at her Sasural. The cause of death has been found-asphyxia on account of smothering and for that, apparently there happens to be no explanation at the end of petitioner who happens to be fatherin-law. However, there happens to be omnibus allegation against the petitioner who is under custody since 24.06.2014 and further has submitted that husband has already been surrendered before the learned lower court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49667 of 2014 (5) dt.20-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Ramsurat Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
