This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that several stolen articles were recovered from the house of Md. Shakil in which petitioner was a tenant.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is in jail custody since 21.09.2015, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54574 of 2015 (3) dt.10-03-2016 Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) P. S. Case No. 470 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for two years or till disposal of the case and if any report is received regarding his involvement in the alleged offences then his bail bond shall stand cancelled by the court below itself.
