The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. On information received from this petitioner and coaccused Dilshad Ansari, the looted truck of Sasaram (M) Case No. 380/21 alongwith bags of skimmed milk powder and mobile phones and arms & ammunitions used in that robbery have been recovered.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
