Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner's testimonials have been verified, which is evident from communication made between the Project Officer, Frozen Semen Bank and the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, which communications are annexed in the writ petition as Annexure-4 and 5, but no order is being passed on his application for compassionate appointment.
Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in taking a final decision on his request for
Patna High Court CWJC No.3100 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 compassionate appointment since his father has died while working as a fourth grade employee at the Frozen Semen Bank on 19.02.2019.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, since the grievance raised is limited to nonconsideration of his application and pendency of the same, this Court would dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent-authorities to complete the process of consideration and take a final decision under due intimation to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. shashank/M.E.H.- (Madhuresh Prasad, J) U
