Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case No 744 of 2019 dated 16.09.2019 instituted for the offence punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8378 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/3 Section (s) 341, 323, 354, 354B, 380, 385, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by petitioners' counsel that in fact the petitioner No 1's husband and the informant are having illicit relations and, hence, disputes have been cropping up since earlier. In fact the petitioners, being the wife and daughters, are victims and earlier they had lodged Complaint Case No 216 of 2019 on 15.05.2019. To get over the prosecution and to coerce the petitioners into compromise, subsequently they have been implicated in this case which has been lodged on 15.08.2019. learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, before the Court below, within four (04) weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad PS Case No 744 of 2019 dated 16.09.

No.8378 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 3/3 (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioners.

(ii) That the petitioners will be well represented on each date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled.
