JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-07-2018 Keeping in view the fact that this Court has been directing for release of the property on deposit of the title deed, the order passed directing for release of the property on deposit of bank guarantee stands modified and it is directed that the property in question be released on petitioner furnishing title deed of the property in question and complying with the other conditions mentioned in order dated 23.02.2018 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.3035 of 2018.

With the aforesaid modification in order dated 23.02.2018 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.3035 of 2018, the application stands disposed of.
