Mr.Ram Bachan Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the house of the informant and stolen ornaments from the box. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after his arrest in the present case, he was remanded in other case. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2019. He further submits that the occurrence is of 09.04.2016 and the F.I.R. was registered on 10.04.2016, but the F.I.R. reached the Court after the delay of three days i.e. on 13.04.2016.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8153 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016.
