According to prosecution case itself, there was land dispute between the co-accused, Garib Nath Singh and the deceased and it was co-accused, Garib Nath Singh, who took the deceased from his house prior to recovery of his dead body. Petitioner happens to be son-in-law of aforesaid co-accused, Garib Nath Singh, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 07-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 324 of 2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54750 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 with Desari P.S. Case No. 165 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.
