This application is for grant of bail in connection with Harnaut (Chero)P.S.Case No.245 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that whatever the allegation are there that are against the Mill Owner and the Mill Owner has got a certificate forcibly from him and now he has given an undertaking before the learned Sessions Judge to pay back the whole amount within a period of one year and the Mill Owner has been granted bail by the Sessions Judge itself. The petitioner is in custody for about five months. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the Bihar State Food Corporation, Nalanda also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the allegation and submission of the petitioner that Mill Owner is ready to pay back the due amount, at present, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
