In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1693/2017, Trial No.1766/17, in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that when the daughter of the complainant was in the house alone then this petitioner entered into her house and started misbehaving with the girl and also tried to allure her for wrong act on making payment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. C1693/2017, Trial No.1766/17 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
