JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2021 Learned counsel for the appellants, through Video Conferencing, submits that while this appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has been filed on behalf of the appellants for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail to them in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.22 of 2020, pending in the court of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Purnea, but both the appellants, during the pendency of this appeal, have already been arrested and, as such, this appeal has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is accorded.
