In view of the fact that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for payment of salary and issuance of last pay certificate, the legal heirs and dependents of the petitioner, if so advised, may approach the competent authority for payment of unpaid salary of the petitioner who died during the pendency of the writ petition and in case such representation is filed by the legal heirs and dependents of the petitioners, appropriate order may be passed by the respondent-authorities in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
