JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 09-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 31.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62588 of 2019, bail application of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty to renew her prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner on 12.10.2020 under Sections 302/34, 341/34, 323/34 and 325/34 of the IPC. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that charge has been framed against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20086 of 2021(2) dt.09-08-2021 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015, Sessions Trial No. 126 of 2020.
