JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-06-2015 The petitioners are languishing in custody since 17.08.2014 in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant had married his daughter Amrita Devi(since deceased) before two years back with Srinath Singh(non-petitioner) as per Hindu rites and customs. After marriage, Amrita Devi went at her Sasural where accused father-in-law Kapildeo Singh, Bhaisur, Sanjeet

No.46161 of 2014 (6) dt.08-06-2015 2 / 3 Singh, Devar, Dinanath Singh(all petitioners), husband Srinath Singh with mother-in-law, Nanad and Nandoshi started torturing her for motorcycle in dowry. On 03.03.2014, the informant received information that the aforesaid accused killed Amrita Devi having pregnancy and disappeared her dead body. The informant went to Sasural of Amrita Devi where found the door locked and accused persons absconding. Local people disclosed that in the night Amrita was killed. It is said Rs. 1,50 Lac was expensed in the marriage of Amrita Devi.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner no. 2 is the Dewar of the deceased and the petitioner no. 3 is the Bhaisur of the deceased. Further it has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased and the petitioners are in custody since 17.08.2014.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the
