This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 333, 353, 427, 156, 295 and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that some other co-accused, having similar allegation, have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51083 of 2016 and by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 52712 of 2016.

Hence, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Shri Pradip Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
