The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 22.2.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Sheohar, in Criminal Appeal No. 4 of 2014.
Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any merits in the application.
The revision application is dismissed.
However, the period of sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner. The fine shall be paid by him as directed by the Court below.
