Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other named persons is general and omnibus of commission of assault and attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant. Assault was committed against her husband and other family members also. Injury no. 1 was a sharp cut wound near right parietal region of scalp which was dangerous to life. According to opinion of the Doctor, other injuries were simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No. 10023 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts of this case especially the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bajpatti Police Station Case No. 282 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
