JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 47 and 30 of Bihar Excise Act. It has been submitted that country made liquor and foreign liquor were recovered from the tempo on which the petitioner along with the other accused Md. Danish Alam were sitting. The seizure list was prepared which does not bear the signature of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 8.10.2016. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
