No. 3713 of 2014 which was rejected on account of non-compliance of the order dated 5.10.2015.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the prayer made therein is allowed and M.J.C. No. 3713 of 2014 is restored to its original file and the time to comply the order dated 5.10.2015 is extended by a further period of two weeks from today failing which M.J.C. No. 3713 of 2014 shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
