SINHA) 20-01-2015 Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to make correction in paragraph 35 of I.A. No. 2327 of 2014. By filing I.A. No. 2327 of 2014, appellant has applied for suspension of sentence and grant of bail in the light of the observation contained in order dated 12.08.2013, as it is said with reference to the averments made in paragraph 35 of the interlocutory application that during trial appellant remained in jail custody from 12.07.2002 to 09.02.2007 and thereafter from the date of impugned judgment till date and thereby he has completed more than seven years in custody.

During the pendency of this appeal, sentence imposed on the appellant above named is directed to be suspended and he

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.756 of 2013 (5) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ad hoc A.D.J. - 1, Jamui in Sessions Trial No. 730/2003, Trial No. 81 of 2009.
