JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have opened fire causing head injury to the informant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, hence his prayer for bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S.Case No. 106 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Samastipur stands rejected, at least, at this stage, However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody, if his trial is not concluded within the above stated period.
