ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, being of Director of Green Life Family Health Card Pvt. Ltd., is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 415 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Panel Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. is attributed to the petitioner and whatever has been stated in the F.I.R. is based on the surmises and conjectures. It is further stated that the police, without verifying any documents has lodged the present case. Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.3002 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 415 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. It is made clear that the petitioner shall cooperate with the police in the investigation and shall be made available with all relevant documents so that the prosecution can be completed at the earliest.
