The petitioners have filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in F.I.R., two miscreants snatched Rs. 3,00,000/-(three lakh rupees) from the informant, on point of pistol.

Neither the petitioners are named in F.I.R. nor they have been put on T.I.P. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from their conscious possession. There is no eye witness of the alleged offence. The name of petitioners sprang up in this case on the basis of self confessional statement. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 26.06.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 366 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
