Petitioner and informant are agnates and as per submission, the parties are on litigating term since long. Moreover, the accusation of pouring acid is against co-accused, Sunil Kumar because it has been admitted by the informant in his ferdbeyan that co-accused, Sunil Kumar took the bottle of acid from petitioner and then poured acid on the injured. No doubt, petitioner has some criminal antecedent but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55134 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 03.08.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sushant Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015.
