JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased. The marriage of the deceased had taken place six years ago and it was husband of the deceased, who used to make demand of motorcycle and had illicit relation with his Bhabhi. No doubt, the deceased died in other than normal circumstances and some injuries were found on her neck but taking note of the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Sikty ( Bardaha)
