The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case No.282 of dated 2.10.2018,, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant and when she fled away the accused persons pushed her and came inside the house and tried to misbehave with her and also looted away the house hold articles. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10691 of 2019(4) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 is that there is land dispute between the and no specific allegation has been attributed against them and the petitioner nos. 4 , 5 and 6 are ladies.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that one the injuries was found to be grievous.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case no.282 of 2018 dated 2.10.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
