2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 14.08.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42001 of 2024.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that due to typographical error, in Paragraph No. 4 of the order dated 14.08.2024, age of the victim at the time of occurrence has been typed as 17 years whereas age of victim at the time of occurrence was 19 years.
4. In view of reasons assigned in the petition and submissions of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, let Paragraph No. 4 in order dated 14.08.2024 passed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10579 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42001 of 2024 be read as follows:- " 4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the statement of victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has clearly stated that she was kidnapped by this petitioner and the age of victim at the time of occurrence was 19 years, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected."
5. Accordingly, order dated 14.08.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42001 of 2024 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
