The petitioner seeks bail in Kurhani P.S. Case No. 49 of 2011, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 656/11 / 225/11, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is, of course, not named in the F.I.R., but during the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner figured and, on his confessional statement, arms was recovered from the room of the petitioner. The petitioner is none else but the killer of his own father.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42709 of 2013 (4) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
