The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 02 of 2019 arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 655 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 11.25 litres of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.01.2019.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 02 of 2019 arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 655 of 2018.
