JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 The petitioner's counsel submits that from 16.08.1991 up to 30.11.2009 the petitioner has discharged the duties and functions of Senior Environmental Engineer. However, benefits in terms of pay scale for the said post has not been made available to the petitioner. He submits that even his representation for grant of such benefits of the higher post in the scale of Rs. 4300-5500/- has not been considered by the authorities though representation has been made on 16.02.2015 before the respondent no. 3.

In view of the pendency of the said representation, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2726 of 2016(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 16.02.2015. Petitioner's counsel further submits that he will be supplementing his claim. Let the same be done by a representation in support of Annexure 9 before the respondent no. 3 within two weeks. In the even the same is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall take a final decision by recording reasons and in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter. Writ petition is disposed off.
