The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 387 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that all other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by the court below vide order dated 12.08.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 41-C of 2015. Referring to the injury report, as contained in Annexure 2 and 2/1 of the present application, it has been contended that the alleged

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
