The application as against the Petitioner No.1 is dismissed as such.

The Petitioner No.2 seeks revision of the judgment and order dated 20.9.2012, by which Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Siwan in Criminal Appeal No.32 of 2004 has dismissed the appeal and confirmed the conviction and order of sentence dated 3.9.2004 passed by the S.D.J.M., Siwan in C. No.813 of 2000/ Trial No.531 of 2004.

It has been submitted that the maximum punishment

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.897 of 2013 dt.24-04-2015 2/2 awarded to the Petitioner was one year, out of which he has already remained in custody for about more than six months. On going through the impugned judgment, I find no merit in the application. The same is dismissed. However, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner. With such modification the revision is dismissed.
