The petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of the petitioner has transpired during the course of investigation. The statement of the victim girl is present at Annexure-4 and with reference thereto learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that victim herself had purchased the ticket for going to Saharsa and which demonstrates that she accompanied the petitioner on her own volition and has also had physical relationship. He submits that the victim is aged 19 years and has traveled all the way from Patna to Saharsa without

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions on record in the backdrop of the own statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner namely, Krishna Kumar @ Krishna Kant Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.155 of 2015.
