The petitioner is accused in connection with Tr. No. 1720 of 2016, arising out of Excise Case No. 07 of 2012, registered under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of two Jarkins, each containing 50 litres illicit liquor from the Varandah of petitioner and one Jitendra Rai, while both succeeded to flee away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner was not apprehended by the police on spot and he is in custody since 25.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3422 of 2017 (3) dt.22-02-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Tr.
