The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is discrimination in the matter of compassionate appointment. Similarly circumstanced others recommended by the Compassionate Appointment Committee have been provided job on Class III post whereas the in case of the petitioner, despite recommendation of the Compassionate Appointment Committee for Class III post, the petitioner has been offered class IV post. The petitioner was appointed in the year 2006. Without going into the merit of the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4635 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner and if the petitioner has been discriminated in the matter of compassionate appointment, the respondents have to adopt corrective measures. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
