This application is for modification of order dated 22.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2727 of 2020 whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.304 of 2019. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

Considering statement in para-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner was deputed as corona volunteer during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16428 of 2021(2) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 relevant period, further six weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
