ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-05-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment dated 18.7.2013 passed by the Special Judge, Darbhanga in Trial No.95 of 2013 arising out of C.R. No.1181 of 1998, by which the Petitioners were held guilty for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 504 and 427 I.P.C. and ordered to be released on executing probation bond of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount each with condition that they will have to maintain piece and good behaviour for a period of six months.
Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed. (Anjana Prakash, J) Narendra/- U T
