Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.9.2015 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I. Act. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ranjula Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur/ concerned court in Complaint case no 376/2014.
