Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19983 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/3 depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 tried to outrage the modesty of the sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of the informant and when the informant went to the house of the accused to make protest, he was assaulted by the petitioner No. 1 on his head by farsa. The accused persons also assaulted other family members of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the alleged occurrence of 11.03.2020, the complaint has been filed on 19.03.2020. In fact, petitioner No. 4 has lodged Desari P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 against the informant, hence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19983 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 3/3 in order to mount pressure, the present false case has been lodged against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
