The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the four accused persons on two motorcycles are said to have dashed their motorcycle against the informant causing injuries and on the point of pistol they are said to have snatched the gold chain of the informant and her sister.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against four unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation. No

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10713 of 2022(4) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Inspite of being in custody since 51.2021 he has not been put on T.I. Parade and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner being in custody for two years since 5.1.2021 and charge sheet having been submitted without putting the petitioner on T.I. Parade, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case no. 517 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge VIII-cum-A.C.J.M, Patna.
