Case No. 76 of 2014 registered under Sections 342, 323, 366, 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.

The report of S.P., Bhojpur datged 30.05.2015 transmitted to this Court vide letter No. 94 suggests that the trial has already been concluded and the accused has already been acquitted.
