JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 Provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall continue on the condition imposed by the trial court.
However both parties come to a conclusion for full and final settlement as they are not ready to live together and they will withdraw all the cases levelled against each other on payment of Rs. 1,00,000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will pay Rs. 1,00,000/- in four installments at the rate of Rs. 25,000/- per installment in four consecutive months in the account

If complainant has no account, then complainant is directed to open an account and give account number in the court below and petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- at the rate of Rs. 25,000/- in four consecutive months and parties shall withdraw the case and order will be passed in terms of compromise in matrimonial case. After receipt of full payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- by the opposite party no. 2, the trial court shall confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner. With this observation, the bail application is disposed of. m.p.
