This application for regular bail arises out of Amba P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 3147, 148, 149, 452, 436, 427, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. was registered in 2014 with the allegation that about 15-20 persons entered into the informant's house and after inquiring as to whether the house belonged to the informant's husband Ranvijay Singh, they vandalized the household articles and after raising slogans in favour of the MCC, they left the place. There were two persons named and 100-150 persons unknown to the informant, who had allegedly committed the offence and were members of the same extremist
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9226 of 2020(3) dt.01-06-2020 2/2 organization. The petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that his name has surfaced several years after lodging of the F.I.R, during the course of investigation but without any material. He contends that in similar circumstance other persons have been allowed regular bail by this Court by various orders, copies of which have been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 series to this application. Considering the fact that similarly situated other co-accused persons have been allowed bail, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014.
