The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer that when rent was being paid physically, the name of the petitioner on his various plots were there but when the online payment of rent was started, he found that his various plots were not figuring. In this regard petitioner has filed an application before the Circle Officer, Athmalgola which is Annexure-4 to the writ petition but till date nothing happened.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.2765 of 2023(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Officer is the competent authority to look into this matter as he is in-charge of keeping the records of right physical as well as online.

In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file representation before the Circle Officer, Athmalgola explaining all his grievances in detail within four weeks from today and Circle Officer is directed to correct the name and make entry of the lands of the petitioner on website of the State within eight weeks from the date of filing of representation before him along with copy of this order and if not, Circle Officer shall pass a reasoned and speaking order as to why the petitioner's land shall not shown on the online website of the State.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed off.
